Every Thursday from April to September, we take you to discover the vineyard, the olive grove and the winery. You will know everything about the vegetative cycle and the work of the vine and the olive tree, about the vinification and the maturing of the wine.
This discovery will end with the tasting of our wines and olive oils.

L’Europe investit dans les zones rurales
Le Domaine à fait l’acquisition d’un semoir. Cet outil permet de planter des engrais verts. Cette plantation annuelle permet de fertiliser la terre lors de son enfouissement, et contribue à la restructuration des sols grâce à l’effet des racines.
Lorsque la pousse des engrais verts est suffisante, le rolofaca va nous servir à coucher ce couvert végétal et ainsi créer un paillis. Ce paillage va permettre de garder l’humidité du sol pendant les fortes chaleurs de l’été et de créer de la matière organique.
