ARAKAO 2017 Ventoux Controlled Origin Certification
Brilliant and limpid dress of a deep garnet with bigarreau shades. The nose is fine and complex, a successful marriage between red and black fruit aromas (morello cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant) and well-integrated woody notes (chocolate, cocoa bean, mocha and sweet spices). The mouth is smooth and tasty. The attack is enveloping and velvety with a juicy expression. The evolution is more corpulent, but the flesh takes over the tannic structure which already presents patina and a muffled character. A success for this fake tender that we appreciate the way it caresses the palate. Persistent finish between chocolate and morello cherry.
